Q. Is the office up to date with its methods and materials?

A. Our office prides itself by using the most advanced techniques and materials available. We continually update ourselves with advanced education courses and use materials tested for their strength and esthetics.

Q. How are the instruments cleaned and sterilized?

A. All of our instruments and hand pieces are disinfected and steam sterilized according to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines. We use disposable products whenever possible. For your safety and ours, a clean environment is a must.

Q. How do I pay for these services?

A. Our office accepts cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit as forms of payment. Our office financial coordinator will be happy to discuss payment options with you.

Q. Does this office accept my Dental Insurance Plan?

A. Our office accepts many insurance plans. There are over 500 different plans on the market and unfortunately our office can’t belong to all of them. Talk to our insurance coordinator if you have questions concerning your particular plan. We will help you achieve the maximum benefit your particular plan provides. Please understand however, insurance plans may not cover all your dental needs. You are still responsible for any portion your plan does not cover.

Q. Should I wait until something hurts or is broken to call the dental office?

A. Prevention is the name of the game. Our office is very prevention oriented. We would rather prevent problems from happening than trying to repair something that has broken or is causing pain. This is why we encourage regular six month check-ups to evaluate your dental health. If you have something bothering you, please let us look at it before it becomes a serious problem.

Q. Will you discuss with me any questions I might have?

A. Our office encourages you to ask questions concerning your treatment and dental health. We want our patients to be informed as to why a particular treatment is recommended and how this treatment will be accomplished. There are no “stupid” questions. If you want know, please ask.. The staff will be happy to refer you to the proper person to answer your questions.
